About
Twenty-five years of listening, distilled into small reminders.
I have spent more than 25 years working as a psychotherapist, sitting across from people in some of their most tender and heaviest moments. What kept surprising me — quietly, again and again — was how often the path back to feeling good was much shorter than my clients believed.
Not always easy. Not always fast. But often closer. Closer than the spiralling thought, the long story, the heavy weight of "I'll never feel okay again." Almost always one breath, one sentence, one tiny reframe away.
The Feel Good Cards came out of that observation. They are a way to put the small, gentle reminders I would offer in session into the rest of life — onto the kitchen table, the bedside, the desk before an exam. A daily ritual that takes ten seconds and quietly shifts the whole day.
Each deck is shaped by what I've seen actually help: not big slogans, but soft, specific invitations to notice, soften, and choose differently.

A few principles
What guides the work
Small is enough.
Tiny shifts, repeated, change a life. The cards are designed for ten seconds, not ten minutes.
No pressure, ever.
Nothing here is meant to fix you. You're not broken. The cards just keep you company.
Made with care.
Designed and printed in Denmark, on quality paper meant to last years on your shelf.
